Description

• RQM+ is the leading MedTech service provider with the world’s largest global team of regulatory and quality experts. • The Project Accountant II supports the revenue generation cycle and is responsible for invoicing, purchase orders, billing rules, deposits, cash applications, and monthly revenue entries. • Other duties include contract reviews, project activations, and overall financial activities that measure and monitor project financial performance, and other tasks, as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor level degree in Accounting, Finance, required. • Minimum 2-4 years related work experience. • Service Industry experience preferred. • Experience participating on a cross-functional team. • Must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to prepare and analyze financial information. • Must have excellent Excel skills, including data mining and data analysis. • Must be capable of exercising good judgment in areas of moderate to high complexity when the situation warrants. • High level understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • High level analytical capabilities. • High math competency level; very detail oriented. • Must be able to work independently. • Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with all levels of the organization. • Self-starter and motivation to accomplish tasks with minimal direction. • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office applications. Salesforce, NetSuite and OpenAir a plus. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
