• Drive creation and execution of an integrated Talent Management philosophy and strategy • Design and execute standardized, end-to-end talent review cycle • Oversee Talent Management processes • Monitor key metrics to assess the success of the talent management systems • Deliver data-driven insights regarding talent management systems effectiveness to key stakeholders • Align talent management best practices with business objectives • Lead strategic initiatives and projects from end-to-end
Requirements
• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience • Previous exercising HR policies and procedures • Previous experience in analytics with the ability to aggregate and utilize data to influence decisions • Project Management experience with a continuous improvement and solution-oriented mindset • Experience with collaborating with internal and external stakeholder, building strong partnerships • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
