• Founded in 2003, IT Concepts believes in customer-centricity, teamwork, innovation, and integrity. • We are seeking a Transition Staffing/Recruiting Lead to oversee staffing strategies for organizational transitions. • Responsibilities include strategic workforce planning, recruitment management, change management support, compliance and reporting. • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and develop targeted campaigns for transition-critical roles. • Maintain transparency with stakeholders regarding recruitment progress and workforce changes. • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters or staffing coordinators as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or HR management. • Experience managing staffing during organizational transitions is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management software. • Analytical skills to assess recruitment data and workforce trends. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Federal Government Contracting experience with Proposals, Contingent, and New award processes. • Professional certifications like PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred. • Program Manager level certifications and experience preferred. • In-depth knowledge of federal hiring laws, DoD-specific recruitment policies, and procedures preferred. • Ability to adapt to changing staffing requirements, manage recruitment challenges, and develop creative solutions preferred.
