• Oversee the Recruiter Advocates team supporting healthcare hiring professionals • Ensure a seamless and empowering user experience • Monitor and improve key performance metrics • Develop and enhance standard operating procedures • Provide ongoing training and development for team members • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams • Drive adoption of new platform features and improvements
Requirements
• 5+ years of client-facing experience required • 3+ years of people management experience required • 2+ years of start-up or healthcare technology experience preferred • Excel experience required • Marketplace experience preferred • Proven track record of leading a fast-growing client-facing team and using data to drive improvements • Ability to effectively communicate, drive influence, and build relationships • High degree of empathy and energy when interacting with clients and internal team members • Collaborative, team-oriented working style with decision-making ability • Proficiency in software tools, including task tracking and analytical software
