• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. • Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions. • Ensure recruitment processes comply with federal employment regulations and Devis’s hiring policies. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles. • Implement DEI principles in recruiting practices to ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pool. • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, International Affairs or a related field; or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting within USAID environment. • Strong interviewing, networking, and communication skills, with knowledge of federal hiring regulations. • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and support DEI initiatives in recruitment. • Experience hiring, managing or working with PSCs. • Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications, especially Microsoft Office 365. • Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
