β€’ We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Recruiter to join our US team. β€’ In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and fill critical positions across various departments. β€’ You will play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and driving our talent acquisition strategy to support our growth. β€’ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. β€’ Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies tailored to each role. β€’ Source and engage passive candidates through creative methods such as social media, networking, and employee referrals. β€’ Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. β€’ Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers. β€’ Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). β€’ Assist in creating and improving talent acquisition strategies to enhance the quality of hires and the recruitment process. β€’ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting efforts.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. β€’ Proven ability to source and recruit candidates for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to senior positions. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. β€’ Experience using Greenhouse and modernloop (ATS) and other recruiting tools. β€’ Knowledge of US labor laws and hiring practices. β€’ Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a dynamic work environment. β€’ A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong organizational skills. β€’ Experience in technical recruiting, ideally in the Real Time Analytics space. β€’ Experience with employer branding and building talent pipelines.
