•Who We Are: •Factored was conceived in Palo Alto, California by Andrew Ng and a team of highly experienced AI researchers, educators, and engineers to help address the significant shortage of qualified AI & Machine-Learning engineers globally. •We are currently looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. •You will be tasked with selecting the best talent across LATAM and supporting fast-growing recruitment processes within Factored.
Requirements
•5+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. •Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles. •Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •Adapt to changing priorities and maintain a proactive approach to overcome challenges and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. •Portuguese is a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with diverse candidates.
