Description
• Source and attract top technical talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques • Interview and assess candidates technical skills, experience and cultural fit • Tell a compelling brand story to attract top talent • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, both short and long term and develop effective recruitment strategies • Utilize internal ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidates and keep pipeline progress up to date • Conduct weekly hiring syncs providing data driven updates and insights to key stakeholders • Pull hiring metrics for requisitions you are supporting and develop creative solutions to obtain efficiency in the hiring process
Requirements
• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for Engineering, Product and Design • Strong sourcing, screening and offer negotiation skills • Able to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and someone who is seen as a trusted advisor • Has contributed or lead strategic talent acquisition projects that have led to high impact results for the organization • Someone who is comfortable in a metrics driven environment • Can work in a fast paced environment and handle ambiguous situations
