• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels. • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and provide strategic recruitment guidance. • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and policies that align with organizational goals and industry best practices. • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions to provide actionable insights. • Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior recruiters and supporting cross-departmental recruitment initiatives. • Other duties as assigned/necessary
• Must be 18 years of age or older • Deep understanding of technical roles (i.e. Software Engineering & Development, Product Management & Design, etc) • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and meet time to fill deadlines • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools • Knowledge of recruitment strategy best practices and experience in recruitment policy development • Demonstrated interest in growing in a leadership role • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment • Strong passion for helping others and problem-solving
