• Lead Digital Technology activities for Plan to Deliver & Source to Pay workstream. • Facilitate creation of innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies. • Evaluate options for bolt-on applications and make recommendations. • Identify high value improvement opportunities within P2D & S2P functions. • Coordinate across business units in documenting options and decision-making criteria. • Evaluate technical solutions and ensure compliance with regulations and controls. • Communicate with executive leadership about critical issues. • Oversee the successful delivery within each phase of the program: Blueprint, Build, Testing, Cutover & Hypercare.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. • Typically requires University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 18 years of relevant experience. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations or supply chain, information technology or a related role, with a strong focus on application solutions and design. • ERP Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems including system configuration, data management, and reporting capabilities. • Strong understanding of processes, principles, government regulations, reporting requirements. • Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and process improvements. • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify system issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapting to changing business needs and priorities. • Familiarity with financial regulations, controls, and security measures. • Experience implementing and maintaining compliance standards within an ERP system.
