• Manage annual strategic planning and roadmap development aligned with business goals, HR strategy, and external trends. • Establish scalable processes and frameworks to ensure efficient project execution and impact measurement across major initiatives. • Manage operational planning and reviews including financials, leadership reviews, business case development and progress tracking to support the team’s goals. • Lead discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement to facilitate effective discussions on the HR Data & Technology board and council. • Identify and assess emerging trends, tools, and best practices to guide long-term strategy. • Develop clear, concise communications and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key findings, project impacts, and strategic recommendations. • Foster relationships across HR, Finance, IT, and other functions to align Workforce Intelligence initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field and a minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and 10 years of relevant experience. • Minimum 10 years of experience in people analytics, business operations, and/or strategy consulting. • Previous experience leading strategic planning, operations, and managing complex projects and stakeholders. • Minimum 3 years of experience in building business case, project management, and/or roadmap development and implementation. • Previous experience in data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate analytics into business impact. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization. • U.S Person (U.S Citizen, Permanent Resident, refugee, asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
