• Remote opportunity for a Regulatory Compliance Manager at Pratt & Whitney • Support FAA/NAA regulatory matters and provide guidance on aviation manufacturing • Involves liaising with FAA/NAA, aiding in investigations and audits • Contribute to regulatory strategy and assist with new requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in Aviation, Space, and Defense • or an Advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in Aviation, Space, and Defense • US Citizenship is required due to government contracts, programs and projects • Knowledge of FAA and other NAA regulatory requirements for manufacturing operations • Knowledge of the P&W Quality System • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence • Strong project planning and management skills • Demonstrated ability to energize and motivate high performing teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills
