🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of user research experience, with a strong track record of shaping product decisions through impactful research. • Proven experience leading UX research for B2C products, marketplaces, or other highly user-centric domains. • Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to determine when to move fast with directional insights versus when to apply more rigorous methodologies. • Ability to synthesize complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations that drive product and design decisions. • Strong collaboration and storytelling skills, making research insights accessible and compelling to cross-functional teams.
