📋 Description
• Using the highest standards of customer service, you will be a phone-based Coach who supports people in their stop-smoking and/or vaping process. • Coaches are trained in the Quit for Life model, which has over 30 years of evidence-based success. • Coaches utilize participant-focused interventions, as well as behavior change models to impact participants to quit tobacco and/or vaping products. • You'll work within an incredible team culture focused on shared values of Integrity, Compassion, Relationships, Innovation, and Performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Undergraduate degree; preferably in health education, sociology, psychology, or related field. • Basic level of proficiency in PC-based word processing and database documentation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook) with the ability to navigate multiple applications, send emails, and perform data entry. • Prior work experience in direct behavior change education and/or behavior change services, coaching/counseling, chemical dependency counseling or health education. • Bilingual with English and Spanish. • Ability to demonstrate insight into human behavior and to communicate and interact with individuals at varying levels of skill and education preparation. • Willingness to teach, learn and be open to new and innovative ways of delivering prevention intervention services.
