• The Intermodal Operations Manager will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Intermodal Operations Associates • Assist in driving organic growth within the Intermodal carrier and customer portfolio • Handle escalation issues with carriers and operations executives • Assist in onboarding and training of new Intermodal Operations Executives • Responsible for driving carrier engagement and fostering good carrier relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation/Logistics, Preferred • 5 years or more in intermodal operations experience, Required • 5 years or more in previously held a leadership role in Transportation/Logistics, Preferred • Fluent in Microsoft Office products, Advanced, Required
