• We are Rydoo! Europe’s fintech scale-up that makes expense management the easiest part of your day. • Expense management has been too complicated for too long. Rydoo's app backed with OCR technology helps our clients save time and money with just a few clicks & photos. • We are building a new generation of expense management software with a product-first approach that our end-users truly benefit from. • As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of our DACH team, working remotely from Germany or there is an option to relocate and work from Rydoo's Go-to-Market hub in Lisbon, Portugal. • Your mission will be to identify and create new qualified sales opportunities, helping to strengthen Rydoo’s presence in the DACH market. • Collaborating closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in optimizing lead generation and refining our strategic sales approach. Your strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, and exceptional organizational skills will directly contribute to our sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• A natural hunter personality – you love getting into the details of a customer and finding out who they are and what they are looking for. • A people-first approach – you love talking to clients and you’re not afraid to turn a no into a yes • Fluent in German + English (minimum C1 level; other languages are a bonus) • Recent university graduate or professional with 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales • Experience in account-based marketing and growth tactics • Highly organized and can easily adapt to change • An urgency to generate new sales leads and meetings through a mixture of outbound phone and email prospecting, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries • A growth mindset - has demonstrated quota achievement and/or track record of success in prior roles • Excellent verbal & written communication, and presentation skills • Results-oriented mindset • Being a compassionate, unselfish, and a true team player
