• RYNO Strategic Solutions is an innovative, full-service Internet marketing company. • We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution. • Responsibilities include developing, managing, and optimizing Paid Media strategies across platforms. • Ideal candidate should be a self-motivated leader with strong analytical and communication skills. • Collaborates with sales and marketing teams and leads a team of analysts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading paid media campaigns, preferably within a digital marketing agency setting • 3+ years of leadership experience managing a team of individual contributors • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications required • Ad management tool experience • Ability to deep dive into reporting and measuring KPIs • Expert-level knowledge of Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, and Instagram • A thorough understanding of current SEM techniques with an interest in continuing education and improvement • Experience with running paid programs for home service businesses • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing • Comfortable handling raw data and identifying trends • Performance presentation development experience • Highly collaborative while working with diverse teams • A strong eye for detail and strive to consistently produce quality work • Organized with strong time management skills • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
