Description

β€’ Support Recruitment Process: Assist in full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across the organization. β€’ Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and other channels to proactively source and attract talent, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. β€’ Applicant Tracking: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate data entry and tracking for all candidates and requisitions. β€’ Conduct Screenings: Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, alignment with job requirements, and cultural fit. β€’ Coordinate Interviews: Arrange and confirm interview logistics, coordinating schedules with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. β€’ Communicate with Candidates: Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their status and answering questions about the recruitment process. β€’ Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process. β€’ Assist with Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by coordinating pre-hire (digital) paperwork and assisting with the transition of candidates from offer acceptance to first-day readiness. β€’ Participate in Recruitment Events: Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs to promote the organization as an employer of choice. β€’ Maintain Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to provide insights into sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and candidate conversion rates.

Requirements

β€’ 1 - 2 years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in retail roles a plus. β€’ Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment. β€’ Proficiency with computer systems and related software, including applicant tracking systems. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders. β€’ A passion for providing great experiences and helping build a diverse, high-quality team. β€’ Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. β€’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Jazz HR, Indeed, LinkedIn and ADP Workforce Now.
