β€’ Align sales strategy for growth and revenue generation for new and existing business β€’ Evolve annual territory sales strategy and execution β€’ Negotiate profitable contracts to maximize Sabre revenues β€’ Partner with sales organization to ensure effective management of customers β€’ Implement and maintain effective sales management β€’ Sell new solutions to both existing and new customers β€’ Establish and maintain a high level of customer engagement β€’ Provide regular detailed status and activity reporting β€’ Work closely with the marketing, customer engagement, product management, delivery, and consulting leaders β€’ Foster strong relationships with internal leaders/stakeholders

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 5 years of relevant sales work experience β€’ Degree in relevant field β€’ Extensive understanding of market landscape, including knowledge of key players β€’ Proven experience selling and driving negotiations to a successful close β€’ Passion and success managing and growing a sales organization β€’ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization β€’ Professional presence and business acumen with articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills β€’ Critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate potential issues and suggest creative alternatives β€’ Strong people skills and extremely resourceful β€’ Strong knowledge of the travel/hospitality markets and/or enterprise software space
