β€’ Responsible for overall satisfaction, acquisition, retention & development of assigned Accounts. β€’ Act as the link for all client needs, ensuring customer support and satisfaction. β€’ Prepares and coordinates major deals, maintains key customer contacts at senior levels. β€’ Focus on deploying superior account planning and consultative sales methodology to enhance service and sales penetration. β€’ Manage existing customer relationships and customer retention through renewals. β€’ Build, develop and maintain relationships with Account decision-makers to expand business opportunities. β€’ Assist in Request for Proposal Response presentations to acquire new Accounts. β€’ Gather market intelligence on competitors' products and sales strategies. β€’ Maintain current knowledge of the product portfolio and account-specific information.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ University degree, MBA an asset. β€’ Proven experience in account management β€’ Experience in managing business relationships and driving growth with customers. β€’ Commercial expertise - Ability to build and implement an integrated Account Development Plan. β€’ Track record of Account management including complex negotiations within very competitive environments. β€’ Extensive experience in selling services / products in service industries with intensive use of technology. β€’ Proven ability to quickly understand and analyze complex technical requirements and business needs. β€’ Excellent presentation skills. β€’ Experience of designing and delivering training programs an advantage. β€’ Pro-active team player who understands collaboration and sharing. β€’ Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, both in a team and in an independent environment. β€’ Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the courage and willingness to challenge the status quo to drive business objectives. β€’ Extensive experience and network in the tourism/travel/leisure & business travel industries. β€’ Open to change with experience of change management, innovation and transformation initiatives in a technology driven environment. β€’ Fluency in English.
