🎯 Requirements

•8+ years of experience in GTM enablement, training, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. •Proven track record of designing and implementing successful GTM enablement programs at scale. •Strong team management skills, with experience leading geographically dispersed teams. •Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong). •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
