Description

• SMG is a nationally recognized professional service organization that provides workplace safety consulting, training, staffing, program planning, and implementation. • Oversee Marketing Automation Platforms to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns. • Implement and maintain integrations between marketing automation and CRM systems. • Utilize Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics purposes. • Build and execute marketing campaigns across various channels. • Manage data and generate reports to measure campaign performance. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing operations align with overall business strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, email marketing, or lifecycle roles, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software for a B2B company • Proficient in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), HubSpot, and other marketing automation or email automation tools • Strong experience with software integrations, particularly with Salesforce and HubSpot • Proficient in using Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
