Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. • Experience: 10+ years in account management, campaign planning, and marketing communications, ideally in a healthcare or health IT setting. • Writing Proficiency: Exceptional writing skills, with demonstrated success in both short- and long-form content creation. • Healthcare Expertise: Proven experience and understanding of healthcare markets, including providers, health plans, technology, economics, media, or policy. • Campaign Planning: Advanced expertise in campaign development, planning, and execution. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external teams. • Consultative Leadership: Adept at managing complex client relationships with a consultative, strategic approach to achieving business goals. • Project Management: Experience managing multiple client deliverables across various projects, ensuring that timelines, scope, and tasks are met. • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated business acumen, with a focus on driving client growth and improving performance in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborative Leadership: Dynamic leadership abilities, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and balance multiple responsibilities, focusing on client deliverables and internal obligations. • Continuous Improvement Mindset: A passion for continuous growth and improvement, constantly seeking ways to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously and stay motivated while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Agency Experience: Thrives in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. • Optional Skills: Media relations, creative development, and prior management experience are a plus.
