• Our client is a recognized leader in the flow control industry, offering a modular product line of valves, actuators, and accessories designed for compatibility, economy, and quality performance. • This is your chance to represent a world-class organization in a high-impact, results-driven role. • As the Southeastern RSM, you’ll forecast and manage sales, lead distributors and representatives, and foster relationships with high-potential customers. • With extensive field time and strategic oversight, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of flow control in this dynamic territory. • What You’ll Do: Create and manage annual sales forecasts for distributors and representatives. • Develop strategies to break into new markets while expanding existing ones. • Host customer-focused events such as seminars and plant tours to showcase our client’s industry-leading capabilities. • Maintain accurate and detailed records in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to ensure seamless follow-up and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred. • 10+ years of sales or sales management experience in industrial flow control, valves, or related products. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365). • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
