🎯 Requirements
• Minimum two (2) years of recent Residential Mortgage Origination experience • An active NMLS state license • Must reside within the Continental United States • Knowledge of Federal and State lending regulations governing real estate lending. • Have a self-sourced clientele and proven production • Strong realtor and/or builder relationships • Excellent communication skills
