Description

• Drive the growth of fleet electrification infrastructure sales • Directly lead the growth of client portfolios and project pipelines • Execute market entry strategies and pursue new opportunities for growth • Develop persuasive value propositions for prospective clients • Collaborate with development, engineering, legal, and finance professionals • Guide products and engagements offered to clients • Manage individual and team efforts to meet and exceed quota • Contribute to the design and delivery of fleet electrification services • Assess economic viability of project proposals • Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with functional groups • Partner with management to grow the business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 5+ years of direct sales experience with a proven history of exceeding sales targets • Fleet electrification and/or renewable energy industry experience needed • Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English • Strong insight development and value proposition definition skills • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced team environment • Creativity and critical thinking skills to tackle a variety of challenges • Self-motivated and strong work ethic with the ability to manage diverse relationships and projects simultaneously • Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
