• execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with EGYM’s business objectives • drive go-to-market initiatives for EGYM’s Ecosystem of products • lead, mentor, and manage a high performing sales team • foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability • implement training programs to elevate team skills • establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and partners • serve as a trusted advisor to customers • collaborate with product and marketing teams • establish KPIs to monitor sales performance • provide regular reports and insights to the VP of Sales
• at least 10 years of Sales Leadership experience • degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or similar field • strong understanding of fitness technology, SaaS solutions and B2B sales • experience in building markets from the ground up • strong track record in solution selling • ability to leverage a CRM • excellent verbal and written communication skills • time management and presentation skills • ability to travel 70%+ of the time
