📋 Description

• Lead Real World Data strategy and sales to the Life Sciences segment globally. • Develop and execute a successful sales strategy for rapid revenue growth and market share expansion. • Contribute to business growth by exceeding quota expectations. • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and collaborate on overall account strategy. • Ensure data delivery and coordinate efforts to prioritize target accounts. • Develop, maintain, and improve relations with relevant accounts. • Complete and maintain sales forecast and records in Salesforce. • Monitor and report on competitor activities and identify business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of proven experience in Real World Data sales to Life Sciences organizations. • Proven ability to target key accounts, while also managing a global territory, and identifying market potential. • Experience in selling Real World Data assets is a must, especially oncology RWD sales is preferred. • Proven network with senior leadership in Pharma and CROs is a certain plus. • Knowledge and experience in digital pathology (or oncology broadly), image analysis, data management, and AI solutions is a certain plus but not a must have. • Demonstrated ability to perform against established performance goals and metrics. • Willing to undertake significant travel (minimum 40%). • Willingness to independently work in a non-hierarchical company. • Ability and curiosity to learn. • Fluent in business English, verbal and written.
