• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Lead to oversee and grow the franchise sales division. • Responsible for driving the development, implementation, and execution of strategies to identify, attract, and onboard new franchisees. • Support existing franchise owners to maximize profitability and success. • The ideal candidate possesses strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the franchise business model.
• 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise development, with at least 3 years focused on franchise sales. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). • Proven ability to successfully close high-value deals and manage the full sales cycle. • Deep understanding of franchise operations, franchise agreements, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDD) is helpful but not required. • Experience leading and coaching sales teams and/or working directly with C-level executives and franchise business owners. • Skilled at analyzing data and market trends to guide growth strategies. • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to leverage sales analytics tools to improve performance. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively at all levels.
