• Responsible for overall commercial strategy and clinical performance • Develop strategy alongside Sales leadership • Oversee high achieving teams • Design territory and pricing strategies • Interface with field sales representatives • Provide coaching to grow and develop sales reps • Drive new product sales • Maintain relationships with KOLs and key facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of five (5) years of medical device sales experience • Minimum three (3) years medical device sales leadership experience • Medical device startup experience with documented success • SCS, Pain Management, Ortho, Spine or O.R. market expertise • Goal setting and implementation skills demonstrated by a clear record of accomplishments in prior personal and professional pursuits • Travel required: Over 60%
