Description

• Develop and implement a robust EHS program aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. • Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS regulations. • Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures to mitigate EHS risks. • Lead thorough investigations of EHS incidents and implement corrective actions. • Manage all aspects of the workers compensation claim process. • Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans. • Develop and deliver EHS training programs to all employees. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs). • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Lead administrator of Salute’s SMS system.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in the field of Safety. • 10+ years of experience in EHS management, with experience in all aspects of electrical safety programs. • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations. • Proven track record in developing and implementing EHS programs. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
