Description
• Manage State governmental affairs for FINRA. • Oversee legislative actions important to state securities regulators. • Develop relationships with state regulators. • Respond to inquiries from regulatory officials. • Represent FINRA at events with state regulators.
Requirements
• BS/BA degree required, graduate degree recommended. • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience. • Strong knowledge of federal and state securities regulations. • Excellent judgment and analytical skills. • Public speaking experience is a must.
