Description

• Achieves sales goals through recruitment, training, and motivation of sales channels • Implements targeted sales strategies aligning distributor goals with Acumed’s strategic plan • Develops strategies to increase market share in defined territory • Effectively demonstrates business management and sales leadership behaviors • Manages pending order run rate effectively as a percentage of overall sales • Develops and maintains effective relationships with key surgeons and customers • Conducts regular business review discussions with selling entities • Forecasts sales revenue by selling entity monthly • Identifies key dates for contract renewals with ISCs

Requirements

• BA/BS in Business or related field required • Master’s in business administration preferred • 10+ years of experience with Medical products or medical devices highly preferred • 5+ years in medical device sales management of independent agents/distributors and direct teams • Solid understanding of region market and business practices • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills • Demonstrated ability to handle customer product questions and objections • Ability to demonstrate proper surgical use of our product • Exceptional problem-solving skills • Knowledge of healthcare industry and trends • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
