Description
• Symmetrio is recruiting a Software Business Line Director for their customer, a global conglomerate in the medical device space. • The Director will work closely with executive leadership and key teams. • Full ownership of product strategy, development, and profit and loss (P&L).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). • 10+ years of experience in software product management or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven success in managing and growing competitive software product lines. • Strategic vision with strong business acumen. • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills. • Expertise in software development methodologies and technologies. • Financial proficiency, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. • Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
