β’ Arvinas is a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to improving patients lives. β’ The Director, Payer Accounts will be a key contributor to a strong National Accounts team. β’ Responsible for driving profitable patient access with national payer organizations and state Medicaid payers. β’ Work closely with Patient Services to ensure access to therapies for patients. β’ Collaborate with market access, medical affairs, access strategy, field sales, marketing, and operations.
β’ Minimum 10 years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, including 5 years in payer account management. β’ 5 years of market access experience working with a variety of healthcare providers/organizations, with a strong preference for knowledge of national and regional payers, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid. β’ National payer experience and established relationships with national payers required. β’ New product launch experience required. β’ Expertise in payer strategy and implementation planning required. β’ Strategic launch planning experience required. β’ Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional sales teams required. β’ In-depth understanding of regulations governing commercial and government payers required. β’ Specialty pharmaceutical experience required. β’ Experience with products managed through the pharmacy benefit required. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. β’ Biotech start-up experience preferred. β’ Oncology payer account management experience preferred.
