•BlueLabs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Commercial Practice to lead and grow our engagements with major corporations. •Identify and secure new client engagements with major corporations that align BlueLabs' capabilities with client strategic needs within the first 12 months of hire. •Develop and implement strategic plans with oversight from department leadership to achieve revenue management metrics within their portfolio. •Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field of analytics. •Lead and manage a portfolio of engagements, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and deliver measurable impact. •Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, both internally and externally. •Serve as a subject matter expert on BlueLabs' offerings and technical capabilities, ensuring clarity and understanding within your portfolio. •Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements, leveraging internal technical knowledge to provide excellent project delivery. •Contribute to the development and dissemination of thought leadership content, showcasing BlueLabs' expertise. •Partner with the Leadership team to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives within your portfolio, assessing market trends and identifying opportunities.
•7+ years of experience in business development or consulting, with a demonstrated ability to secure and manage client engagements within the Fortune 500 landscape. •Deep understanding of consumer analytics, influencer analytics, persuasion modeling, and experimental design, with a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at major corporations. •Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions that address the unique needs of each client. •Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results.
