β’ Minimum 10 years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, including 5 years in payer account management β’ 5 years of market access experience working with a variety of healthcare providers/organizations β’ National payer experience and established relationships with national payers required β’ New product launch experience required β’ Expertise in payer strategy and implementation planning required β’ Strategic launch planning experience required β’ Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional sales teams required β’ In-depth understanding of regulations governing commercial and government payers required β’ Specialty pharmaceutical experience required β’ Experience with products managed through the pharmacy benefit required β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills required β’ Biotech start-up experience preferred β’ Oncology payer account management experience preferred
