• Lead analytical program prioritization and execution for vaccine manufacturing • Ensure quality of drug substances throughout lifecycle • Provide leadership and execute commercial drug substance functions
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering or related discipline with 12+ years experience (Ph.D.) • Extensive experience in analytical method development and lifecycle management for glycoconjugate vaccines preferred. • Leadership experience in analytical development or QC roles • Strong verbal and written communication skills
