β’ 2+ years of full cycle closing sales experience, ideally working with mid-sized businesses in a high transaction environment. β’ A track record of consistent quota over-achievement. β’ Comfort with a rapidly changing, high-growth environment. β’ Empathy for customers and team members. β’ Highly organized. β’ Strong communication and presentation skills. β’ Familiarity with Salesforce. β’ Bilingual in English and Spanish, fluency is a must.
