โ€ข 8+ years of work experience, with recent experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting roles โ€ข Strong priority management skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage demanding, high-visibility positions โ€ข Experience supporting or working with technical products and solutions โ€ข Proven track record of building trust, effective communication, and driving change with stakeholders at all levels โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree from a 4-year accredited institution
