• Lead growth strategy and identify expansion opportunities • Maintain and expand relationships with existing prospects • Represent Quanta at industry events • Lead negotiation process and draft/manage contracts • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets • Collaborate with other departments for cohesive client approach • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field • 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in Financial Services industry • Working understanding of consumer credit and collections • Ability to analyze market trends and competition • Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals • Strong negotiation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
