• Lead the commercial operations of multiple eye clinics within the assigned region, ensuring strict adherence to Sanoptis' policies, procedures, and quality standards. • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, patient satisfaction levels, and financial indicators to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and achieve business objectives. • Define performance objectives, offer support, conduct performance evaluations, and cultivate a positive work environment that promotes effective communication and collaboration. • Collaborate closely with the Head of Country and local medical professionals to formulate regional strategic plans in alignment with Sanoptis' overarching goals. • Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives for individual clinics, consistently assessing progress and making necessary adaptations. • Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities within the region, including the establishment of local add-on practices. • Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to amplify patient volume and expand market share, working in close coordination with the marketing team. • Monitor the financial performance of clinics, encompassing revenue, expenses, and profitability. • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control measures. • Foster and maintain strong relationships with local medical practitioners, facilitating their career progression and identifying opportunities for professional success. • Provide regular comprehensive reports and updates to the Regional Director and Head of Country, offering insights into clinic performance, notable achievements, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
• Substantial relevant work experience in demanding environments such as leadership roles in clinic/MVZ management, corporate development, strategy consulting or similar positions. • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential. • Demonstrated capacity to excel in a dynamic environment, with the ability to produce and communicate business and financial analyses at an executive level. • An entrepreneurial thinker and self-starter with the ability to assume significant responsibilities and drive independent problem-solving. • Proven track record in stakeholder management, including the ability to influence without formal authority and secure a significant role in decision-making. • Possesses high emotional intelligence, empathy, and a knack for fostering positive relationships. • Exhibits exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage confidentiality effectively. • Strong organizational and process management skills. • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, meticulous attention to detail, and a fervent passion for innovative problem-solving. • A collaborative team player with an exemplary work ethic who leads by example. • Native German-speaking skill (or similar level) are a must in combination with a good command of English.
