•Responsible for multiple Midwestern and Southern United States foodservice accounts including distributors and operators. •Dedicated exclusively to building, maintaining, managing and growing relationships with these customers. •Develop annual sales budget and meet annual volume and profit targets. •Analyze sales and profit data to proactively manage business and identify growth opportunities. •Provide competitive market intelligence, customer feedback and business trend updates. •Present new items, business recommendations and strategies to all accounts within the assigned territory. •Closely align with Operations on demand and new business opportunities to maximize production efficiency. •Resolve customer issues by working closely with Transportation, R&D, Quality Assurance, and Finance Teams.

Requirements

•5-7 years of experience in CPG sales market, cheese or dairy experience preferred. •A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, culinary or food science, related field or equivalent experience. •A minimum of 3 years of experience managing Gordon Foodservice. •5-7 years of experience in managing a foodservice broker. •Comfortable with up to 50% travel. •Ability to lift up to 50 LBS. •Extensive experience with negotiation, presentation, sales management, sales & profit analysis, new business prospecting, sales tracking, and closing.
