Description

• Manage customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt's services and products • Drive customer success through various activities • Provide oversight and incident management • Develop key performance indicators and review monthly • Lead Customer Advisory Board • Assist with renewal pipeline and delivery projects • Act as voice of the customer to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German • Can-do attitude • Previous experience in customer success or application portfolio management role within a SaaS organization • Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security space • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and on-premise IT landscape • Extensive experience in consulting and implementation of IT systems • Knowledge of security and compliance requirements
