• Saviynt is an identity authority platform built to power and protect the world at work. • In a world of digital transformation, Saviynt’s Enterprise Identity Cloud gives customers unparalleled visibility, control and intelligence to better defend against threats. • Saviynt Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to lead our procurement efforts. • The Procurement Manager will play a crucial role in managing our supply chain processes, ensuring that materials, services, and products are acquired at the best possible cost while maintaining quality standards and adhering to company policies. • The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments, including Finance, Operations, and IT, to optimize procurement strategies and contribute to the company’s growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (such as CPM or CPSM) is a plus. • A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier management. Experience in the technology or software industry is preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with contract management software and vendor evaluation tools is an advantage. • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process optimization and cost savings. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performance teams. • Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness, particularly in contract management and compliance documentation. • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
