Description

• Saviynt is currently looking to hire a West Region Partner Director focused on establishing Partner relationships for adoption and representation of our cloud identity & access governance platform on the market. • This role will work collaboratively with the Regional Vice President of West Sales, the West team of Account Executives, and our existing Partner Organizations. • Saviynt’s Cloud platform for Identity has a proven track record of helping all Partners standardize and automate the setup and delivery of Identity services to achieve true scalability with their clients. • We are passionate that the regional model is accretive and important as a significant growth driver for Saviynt. • This role offers a competitive compensation package, exposure to an industry-leading SaaS product portfolio, a great working environment, and work-life balance. • You must be based in or near a major market within the Western United States to be considered for this role!

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of Partner Management experience in the enterprise software industry. • Ability to assess the current network of Partners and evaluate net-new relationships. • Significant experience working with multiple Partners across the Saviynt partner taxonomy. • Proven track record of partner pipeline generation and quota attainment. • Experience working in a collaborative cross-team environment. • Prior experience with a mix of Cyber and Identity-focused providers is highly desirable (Optiv, GuidePoint, SHI, CDW, Stratascale and other in-region partners). • Cyber and Identity industry experience is a plus.
