Description

• Manage a team of Life Case Managers. • Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members. • Monitor case manager performance against objectives. • Manage work schedules and queue coverage. • Provide customer service and assist in new business process. • Independent case management and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance process for permanent products. • Strong knowledge of life insurance process and troubleshooting problems causing delays. • Comfortable in a team environment and supportive of corporate change. • Working knowledge of desktop applications like Outlook, Word and Excel. • Knowledge of Smart Office and Salesforce.com is a plus. • Critical thinking skills to identify and troubleshoot problems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Discretion while handling confidential matters. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
