📋 Description
• Scalepex is a dynamic services firm specializing in providing nearshore solutions for premium brands. • Our mission is to connect prominent market leaders with top-tier professionals from around the world. • We are looking for individuals with a “PM DNA” who take ownership and responsibility for their projects. • Good communication skills including English fluency is a must. • Manages customer program or project for a defined product and/or service scope for a medium/large customer contract with medium/high risk probability. • Contract might be defined as key project by BG/market. • Delivers the operational and project single/multiple BG/BUs scope to the customer. • Plans customer project and keeps plan updated to reflect changes. • Assures consistency among project financial, product and service forecast activities. • Participates in pre-sales and sales process activities. • Determines delivery approach alternatives and manages the selection of the final recommended approach to delivery. • Ensures hand over from Sell to Execute and from Delivery to Care is done. • Ensures project contract management process is initiated and executed. • Defines the customization of any global operational processes to meet project requirements. • Manages the customer relationship during delivery. • Prepares a clear and effective communications plan. • Monitors and controls that the project is delivered within budget, profitability forecast, and planned scope. • Ensures that the project meets all objectives for quality and continuously seeks improvement.
🎯 Requirements
• Hands on and detailed oriented Project Manager with telecom background and 5 to 10 years of experience in customer delivery and development projects • Expert level technical knowledge is not a requirement but willingness to learn and keep up with new technology is a must. • We value a technical background and experience specially in telecommunications. • Projects may involve and require high level knowledge of Packet Core, VNF concepts, 5G, Cloud migration, and AWS integration and deployment as well as knowledge of IMS/SDL concepts and architecture, and strong preference on 5G and Cloud deployments. • We are looking for PMs who could take leadership after the onboarding period and grow in the role technically and with soft skills. • PMI PMP certification is a plus.
