• Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within client organizations • Create and implement partnership strategies to achieve quarterly growth goals • Handle contract negotiations and build strong working relationships with partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties • Clearly articulate the value of Scaler's solutions to prospects, using creativity to differentiate our offerings and leveraging market insights and trends • Maintain an organized approach, ensuring timely follow-up and attention to both high-level strategy and detailed execution • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate negotiations and challenging partner conversations
• Minimum 6 years of full-time experience in end-to-end sales and/or partnerships • Experience leading conversations with executive-level external partners • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers • Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as investment, real estate, infrastructure, business, economics, or sustainable finance • Familiarity with ESG and/or Real Estate sectors is highly preferred
