Description

• IT Implementation Engineer II role on the Project Services team • Client facing position for new requests and technical lead on projects • Serve as an escalation resource for priority support issues • Build and deploy complex on-premises infrastructure solutions • Manage virtualized environments including VMWare and Hyper-V • Configure and troubleshoot switches, firewalls, WAPs and VLANs • Expert Active Directory administration skills • Experience with Microsoft 365 products and Azure infrastructure • Provide remote support for Field Service Technicians • Occasional regional travel to customer sites

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with computer operating systems (server and pc) • 5 years of experience with technology infrastructure, including pc/laptop, servers and networking devices • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems (preferred) • 5 years of experience in local and wide area networking (preferred) • Current networking and/or server administration certifications (preferred)
